Not far from Ascona and with a fantastic view of our Mediterranean park, our Haus del Sole - the sun oasis - was built in 2007.
The building captivates by its lightness and the generous balconies on which the Ticino sun shines until late in the evening.
Our barrier-free Haus del Sole is located in the main building of the Parkhotel and has a total of 12 double rooms and 6 holiday apartments spread over three floors.

The furniture is modern and in warm tones. Our rooms are true feel-good places and will make your stay a pleasant one.

We offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy a risotto tasting menu at the Ristorante Panoramico at a special price – for an even more exclusive experience. The restaurant is open daily (except Mondays), last orders by 8:30 p.m., and is located in a prime spot with a stunning view over Lake Maggiore at our sister property, the Boutique-Hotel La Rocca**** in Porto Ronco-Ascona, just 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by public transport from the hotel.

The 6 cosy and spacious holiday flats (52m²) are suitable for families or small groups wanting to stay for a medium to long period. Each 3.5-room flat is tastefully furnished in Mediterranean style and warm colours, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a living room with modern kitchen, private bathroom with shower and WC, TV, WiFi, terrace or balcony with view of the Emmaus Park.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric kettle and Nespresso machine included. Ask for a daily supply of fresh bread directly at reception.
Breakfast can be booked at the hotel throughout the year.
If you have small children, we will provide cots and highchairs on request.
